ClearUP is a small handheld device made by Tivic Health to help with sinus pain and pressure from allergies, using gentle microcurrent waveforms (AKA vibrations). "There's three different speeds. You hit the different tempo that you want and you put it over your face. When it starts to vibrate it knows that's an area that needs treatment," tech expert Katie Linendoll explains. "[ClearUP is] FDA-cleared," Katie says. "It's a five-minute treatment and there's no chemicals, no drugs, no prescription. It's little vibrations inside your face."
